Event Timeline

Event Time Line:
6:00 PM Will Call Opens - Front Box Office will handout all will call tickets. Please be sure that you print out and bring your confirmation email, and have a picture ID to pick up your tickets.

The box office is located in front of the theater outside. Please be sure to dress accordingly. In your envelope, you will find your tickets and your wristbands.

You MUST HAVE your wristband on to enter our theater.

If you purchased a cash ticket or have already received your tickets, you will need to find the wristband table inside the lobby to receive your entry wristbands.

Raffle Tickets Start Being Sold (Raffle Table in Lobby in front of Arcade Machines)
Tickets are $2 each or 3 tickets for $5

Canned Food Donations will be accepted. Remember, the reason we are all here (besides seeing the movie) is to help out the Tarrant Area Food Bank and our fellow North Texans.

For every five cans of food, you can earn 1 Raffle Ticket.

Silent Auction Begins (We have some amazing items up for grabs)

6:30 PM

Bella’s Truck Arrives Truck and Pictures - Bella's truck will be parked out front. Pictures will be $5 and you will have to bring your own camera.

6:45 PM Line up for first showing (8PM)

7:15 PM Seat 1st Theatres

7: 20 PM Line up for second showing (8:30 PM)

8:00 PM Start 1st Showtime

8:00 PM Seat 2nd Showing

8:15 - Will call for the event CLOSES! Please no late arrivals!

8:30 PM Start 2nd Showtime

Upon Exit – Raffle/Silent Auction Winners Posted on boards that will be at the Raffle Table
