Food Drive

OME! OMJ! OMEVERYTHING! I sent an email to everyone telling them we had collected almost 700lbs of food with our New Moon fundraiser... turns out I was mistaken. The total amount of canned food collect was 1,333 pounds. You guys are awesome and we couldn't have done it without you! Thanks so much!

Event Timeline

Event Time Line:
6:00 PM Will Call Opens - Front Box Office will handout all will call tickets. Please be sure that you print out and bring your confirmation email, and have a picture ID to pick up your tickets.

The box office is located in front of the theater outside. Please be sure to dress accordingly. In your envelope, you will find your tickets and your wristbands.

You MUST HAVE your wristband on to enter our theater.

If you purchased a cash ticket or have already received your tickets, you will need to find the wristband table inside the lobby to receive your entry wristbands.

Raffle Tickets Start Being Sold (Raffle Table in Lobby in front of Arcade Machines)
Tickets are $2 each or 3 tickets for $5

Canned Food Donations will be accepted. Remember, the reason we are all here (besides seeing the movie) is to help out the Tarrant Area Food Bank and our fellow North Texans.

For every five cans of food, you can earn 1 Raffle Ticket.

Silent Auction Begins (We have some amazing items up for grabs)

Bella’s Truck Arrives Truck and Pictures - Bella's truck will be parked out front. Pictures will be $5 and you will have to bring your own camera.

6:45 PM Line up for first showing (8PM)

7:15 PM Seat 1st Theatres

7: 20 PM Line up for second showing (8:30 PM)

8:00 PM Start 1st Showtime

8:00 PM Seat 2nd Showing

8:15 - Will call for the event CLOSES! Please no late arrivals!

8:30 PM Start 2nd Showtime

Twilight Basket Love

This is another one of the absolutely indescribeably cool items we will have up for our silent auction.

"The basket is made of chip wood and has been adorned with elegant black/white and red velvet ribbon.The lid is made of birch wood. I painted it black and then hand-painted I Love Twilight in the Zephyr font. I adorned the *heart* with beautiful red rhinestones. The lid was then trimmed with large rick rack. I attached the lid to the basket using rivets and sewed the handle and basket liner with 100% cotton fabric (black liner with black/white diamond ribbon - same as trimmed on basket). The lid was finally sealed with a clear varnish for durability. Each basket comes with a list of care instructions so that you can enjoy your basket for MANY MANY years! :)

Don't forget to get there early! We will have an appearance by Sterling Biegert & Bella's Chevy. They are scheduled to be at the theater around 6:00pm. You can click on the picture below to check out Sterling's website, and see what great use she is making of Bella's (well, now Sterling's) Chevy!!















Pictures will be allowed to be taken for a small donation. All proceeds from the pictures will go to TAFB and Sterling's Charity, Eternal Tomorrows.

A way to say thank you!

Hello all,

So if you're here, then you probably know all about our event, but just for the uninformed I will do a brief recap.

We are hosting a private screening of New Moon on Thursday, November 19th at 8:00pm. All proceeds from our ticket sales and our Silent Auction/Raffle are going to benefit the Tarrant Area Food Bank.

The TAFB feeds thousands of families in the North Texas Area each year, and since the movie was releasing just before the Thanksgiving holiday, this provided a wonderful opportunity to see something GREAT, and to do something to help our community.

I started a blog because I needed somewhere to post updates as well as send a SUPER HUGE GIANT THANK YOU to all the people who have helped with the event.
